Located within one and a half hours drive from Colombo, This all-suites small hotel, is charming and private.

Keeping this in mind the hotel has decided to give the you the preference of selecting their individually prepared sit down meals with no fixed meal times and buffet's. A sumptuous Breakfast of your choice and a seven course dinner could be selected from a wide ranged A'la carte menu, except for lobster and jumbo prawns.

Rooms and facilities

The 25 luxury suites which include a king suite & queen suite. All suites are spacious and have 5 units. sleeping, living, courtyard, pavilion & bathroom. Sleeping and living areas are separated by the bathroom and the sleeping area consists of a king size bed recessed into a low platform leaving ledges along the bed side.

The features in suites include hot and cold water, two TV's,MP3 VCD player, Piped music, individual climate control, large bathroom with high quality fittings, Mini bar, Private safe, Three telephones, Fax/Modem facility and hair dryer

On one side is an opening to a courtyard from where you could get a panoramic view of the surrounding beauty and the Indian Ocean. The living area which also functions as a TV lobby contains low seating with colorful silk cushions.

Dining and common areas

The Privilege also consists of a main pool, kiddies pool, two bars, 24 hour room service, indoor games such as billiards, Table Tennis, Mini golf etc.

You could visit the fully equipped Ayurvedic centre for a tress relieving therapeutic massage.
