How to make payment

01. Inquiry
This is the easiest part!
Simply click on the words e-mail . this will call up your e-mail programme, and you could send us your request.In most instances, you will see that the subject you refer appears automatically!

02. Payment
01. Once we receive your booking or final confirmation, we will go ahead and make a tentative reservation, and inform you of this by email, along with your booking reference number/ tour number. This tentative reservation will be generally valid for 72 hours.
02. We will then send you an invoice, with the tentatively confirmed details, where a payment is required to hold your booking.

03. You could make an advance payment of 30% of the total invoice value and pay the balance on arrival. Alternately you could pay 100% in advance. Sometimes a payment of 100% in
advance is required if it is a short termed booking or if you book only the hotel, without the transport.
04. Once we receive the payment, and it is cleared, we will inform you of the status and cover
your hotel reservation or tour package and make a firm reservation of all services.
05. If you have made an advance payment, the balance could be paid on arrival, prior to start of your tour.

3. Booking
Once you have selected your tour or the hotel you wish to reserve. Click on the reservation link, and you will be taken to either the hotel booking form or tour booking form .
Fill the form with as much information as possible and click 'send'. We will then receive your reservation and start working on your request.

How to make payment

You have two options of paying;

	01. - Pay by Credit Card Payment Fax
	02. - Pay through bank transfer

Simply click on the Pay by Fax icon above, and you will be directed to our mail/ fax order page. Please printout a copy of our order form, which you could fill up and fax to ++94 11 2737 915.

Of course you could always instruct your bank to transfer the payment to our bank.

Once your tour is tentatively confirmed, we will send you our pro - forma invoice. You can then forward this invoice to your bank to make payment. Below are our bank details
